Someone else changed my password or account settings

If you've been notified that a change has been made to your account, such as a password change or other change to your account details, and you were not the one who made the change, please contact support by opening a support ticket with us as soon as possible.

Our service has been designed to protect your information by using a one-way hash on your password, so even if a hacker gained access, there is no way for them to know what your password is. The security risk with using the same password with many services, however, is that many other websites you use may not be designed with the same basic level of security, so if a hacker gains access to the information on those services, they would know your password.
